Hermosa Beach, CA
Hand built by the original owners in 1923 this cottage being neither Spanish nor Craftsman required a different approach when the second owners decided to do some minor renovation to the house. Amish quilt patterns and ocean themed elements along with colors indicative of 1920-1930s tile were incorporated to create a happy harmony of old and new.
